Welcome to FundMeSmart™, a platform designed to provide technical and operational support for fundraising efforts by nonprofit organizations and partners. By using FundMeSmart™, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

FundMeSmart™ is a technical service provider that develops, hosts, and maintains digital platforms, including apps and associated websites.

FundMeSmart™:

• Does not engage in charitable solicitation, fundraising, or promotional activities.
• Provides infrastructure to fundraisers to facilitate membership sales and revenue-sharing agreements.
• Ensures operational support, including hosting and maintenance.

All promotional and solicitation activities are managed exclusively by charitable organizations or partners utilizing the platform.

For every app purchase:

• A minimum of 50% of the proceeds is allocated directly to the selected charitable organization or registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
• A maximum of 50% is retained by FundMeSmart™ to cover operational costs, including hosting, platform maintenance, and savings coupon distribution.

Other revenue streams include:

• Rounded-Up Donations:
  • Charitable organizations receive 100%.
• "Pay it Forward" aka “Got Your Six” Donations:
  • Charitable organizations receive 100%.
• "Got Your Back" aka “Back the Mission” or “Kick it Back” Donations:
  • Charitable organizations receive 100%.

• Membership Renewals: All memberships renew automatically unless canceled by the user. Renewal fees follow the same revenue allocation as the initial purchase.
• Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscriptions through the app’s user dashboard. Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated.

FundMeSmart™ applies a 4% payment processing fee to all transactions. This fee is not charged to or added to the consumer/member but deducted before revenue distribution to the charitable organizations or partners utilizing the platform. Payment methods include major credit cards, ACH transactions, and digital payment platforms.

By using FundMeSmart™, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and transactions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use the platform responsibly, ensuring the accuracy of content shared.
• No unauthorized sharing of your username and/or password. You acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to the App or Website, or portions of either, using your username, password or other security information.

FundMeSmart™ values your privacy. Personal information is used solely for operational purposes, including processing transactions and providing platform services. We do not share user data with third parties for unrelated promotional activities.

Users have the right to review, update, or delete their personal information through their account settings. For further details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

FundMeSmart™ provides technical support for this platform but does not engage in promotional or fundraising activities. All promotional efforts are managed by the Partner or associated nonprofit organizations.

FundMeSmart™ provides technical support for this platform but does not engage in promotional or fundraising activities. All promotional efforts are managed by the Partner or associated nonprofit organizations.

FundMeSmart™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of funds or opportunities. All transactions are processed in good faith based on user-provided information.

FundMeSmart™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Disputes will be resolved through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, including mediation and arbitration, where applicable.
